We couldn't be more pleased with Roger, and Element Pools. It's not the fact that the pool is absolutely sparkling... that's a must. It's that when we need something extra -- changing out a light, trouble-shooting a controller, prepping for a party -- Roger goes above and beyond. He's responsive, reliable, knowledgeable and honest. Worth all 5 stars.

The real test of a professional is not when things are all going great (or, in this case swimmingly) but, rather, when there is a problem. An installation that Roger made had issues that were not his fault, but he did everything in his power to make the situation right. Within a very reasonable period of time, the problem was fixed and the installation was first-rate. Higest recommendation!
