Our mission is to provide friendly, user-centered support, training and troubleshooting. Our goal is to get your computers working with you, and to help you understand how to use them to do your work easily. This means that when we come to help you with your Mac, our goal is to get it working the way you want it to work, to do the things you want to do.

So we're also here to listen - you'll tell us what you need. We'll explain what we're doing, and why we're doing it. We'll show you how to accomplish your goals more easily, and help you customize your system to make frequent tasks less labor intensive.
