About Spectrum Fine Homes

SPECTRUM FINE HOMES, INC. has been an established residential Design/Build/Interior Design firm since 1990. Both owners, Susan & Robert Davis, have been Certified Green Building Professionals since 2004, and Spectrum Fine Homes is positioned as a local leader in Sustainable Design & Green Building.

Sustainable Design & Green Building, and operating a socially responsible business, is the principle focus of our firm. We integrate this way of thinking and working throughout all aspects of our business.

Beginning in the 1990’s, Spectrum Fine Homes has completed more than fifty projects having some aspect of Sustainable Design and Green Building included in them. Since our firm offers Building Design for remodeling & new homes, Construction Services, as well as Interior Design/Furnishing services, we are able to work with our clients from the very early stages of a project throughout the entire process. Each client’s focus is different, so we are continuously balancing levels of ‘Green-ness’ with their needs & budgets. Helping our clients make informed choices is a big part of both the design and construction process. Sustainable Design/Green Building is more about the process and way of thinking than a particular aesthetic style, and we are committed to incorporating the principles of Sustainable Design into all of our projects.

At Spectrum Fine Homes, we have the commitment to the principles of Sustainable Design, a holistic ‘Systems Approach’ to design & building, and the process of teamwork and collaboration.
