About Us
Our training program incorporates both the Pilates Method and the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM®, using the latest techniques for core conditioning, neuromuscular release, kinesiology, alignment and more. These dedicated disciplines combined with our extensive understanding of sports conditioning and the science of movement gives our clients a very comprehensive training program that can be adapted to any age or fitness level. It is gentle enough for rehabilitation, yet challenging enough for the strongest of athletes with sport-specific training purposes such as golf, tennis, swimming and skiing.
