Ironwood Dark

A malty English ale. Some accolades include: Gold at GABF (Great American Beer Festival), and World Beer Cup. Our most current: Winner of 2010 First Place Gold, California State Competition.

Brew specs: English Brown Ale (Northern English to be exact), 4.9% abv

Menu pairings: Think about the malty and toasty characteristics of this beer. You will need something to stand up to this superior brew. Buffalo Burger, Wild Game Sausages, Smoked Salmon, Baby Back Ribs, Brisket Sandwich, and Beer Mustard Chicken (chicken marinate and sauce made with Ironwood Dark beer) are all delicious choices.
