Xanh, with its cutting edge contemporary design and a more diverse, innovative menu, is tailor made for entertaining and dining. Clearly not your typical Vietnamese Restaurant, Xanh is a 21st century interpretation of that beloved culinary tradition retaining the essential elements of the classic but updating it for a new generation.

 Having recently relocated, Xanh has been upgraded for a more contemporary look that appeals to a hip, diverse crowd with our restaurant now boasting a formal lounge and full bar as well as three distinct dining halls. Upon entering the dramatic 12,500 square foot restaurant, wide-eyed patrons are greeted by a wall of water and a dramatic stone bar. A mesmerizing water-like entrance and leather booths are among elegant appointments bathed in soft illumination.

In addition to providing a fun, communal dining experience for solos or groups, the bar serves as a focal point that generates energy throughout our restaurant. Separated from the main dining room, we serve from a full menu and believe we offer some of the finest cocktails. Xanh has its own style of drinks, not pretentious or over complicated, accessible, funky fresh flavours. Xanh cocktails have identities unto themselves.
